Q: Do I have to be home for pickup and delivery?

A: Not at all! Many of our clients are comfortable with us picking up and dropping off laundry from a secure, pre-arranged spot, like a front porch, a sealed garage, or with the front desk of a residential community. We will work with you to find a solution that feels safe and convenient.

Q: if I have sensitive skin or allergies?

A: Your comfort is our top priority. Our standard detergent is premium, hypoallergenic, and fragrance-free. If you have a specific detergent you prefer, you can provide it with your laundry, and we will be happy to use it for your order exclusively.

Q: I'm worried about my favorite sweater. How do you handle delicate items?

A: We treat your clothes as if they were our own. Please place any delicate items in a separate, marked bag. We will wash them on a gentle cycle and tumble dry on low heat. For any items that require special care, please leave us a note, and we will follow your instructions.

Q: Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

A: No. You can use our service as much or as little as you need. There are no contracts to sign. You can schedule one-time pickups or set up a recurring weekly or bi-weekly schedule that can be paused or canceled at any time.

Q: Who are your drivers?

A: Our team is the heart of our business. All our drivers are employees of our company—not contractors. They are fully insured, have passed comprehensive background checks, and are chosen for their friendly, professional, and respectful demeanor.
